Batter Bar began with a simple love for pastry, good food, and bringing people together.
For Chef Abhinav Sundra, the journey took him from The French Pastry School in Chicago to Paris, where he gained experience with the renowned pastry house Pierre Hermé. He returned home with a deep appreciation for French pastry, thoughtful ingredients, and the joy of creating something people genuinely look forward to.
Together with his father, that passion became Batter Bar, a neighbourhood café built around French inspired pastries, breakfast, specialty coffee, and the simple pleasure of sharing good food.
What began as a home based venture in 2020 has since grown into two Batter Bar outlets, at Sector 7C, Chandigarh and CP67 Mall, Mohali. As we continue to grow, our philosophy remains the same: bake with care, serve with warmth, and create little moments of happiness, one pastry at a time.
